3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or spam
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. Payment terms include:

• Monthly or annual billing cycles
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months
• Price changes with 30 days notice

6. Data and Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

The DRL Networks platform, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and content.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability with advance notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRL Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and we will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data.

11. Google API Compliance

Our services comply with Google's API Terms of Service. Your use of our platform is subject to Google's terms and policies regarding Business Profile data access and usage.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
